Fanclub Registration

This is how it works:

Print out and fill in the registration form below. Then put it in an envelope, inlcude a passport picture, add a cheque or cash (which is disadvantageous) and send it to the following address: AXXIS-Fanclub, Nicky Nünning, Stiftsbogen 31, 81375 München, Germany.

Annual subscription is 20,-EURO

If you prefer to remit the money, send it to:

Please, don't send your registration form back via e-mail since we need your signature. If you're under 18 years old we also need the signature of your educator.

I will remind you with a letter when your 12 months of subscription are over. Then you can send the money again to renew your membership or simply return your membership passport if you don't want to. That's simply it.
